Air pressure demoulding is an economical and simple demoulding method commonly used for spinning. The specific demoulding structure principle is shown in the figure below. The CNC spinning machine tool connects a gas pipe to the spindle mold. When the air pipe is pressurized, the blow hole is inside. The pressure of the air is greater than the pressure outside the mold. When the product is spun, the tail is separated from the spindle mold. The difference between the inside and the outside makes the spinning product smoothly detach from the mold. However, the air pressure should be adjusted within a reasonable range, and the air pressure is too small. The product is not released smoothly, and the air pressure is too large, which will cause the product to fly out of the mold.

Second, the spinning mold design release angle

Designing a certain draft angle will facilitate the detachment of the product from the mold, as the product conditions permit.

For some spinning products with high product height, air pressure demoulding can be difficult. Therefore, we can usually make a mosaic mold in the spindle mold. The other side of the mold is connected to a rotary cylinder. When the product is spinning, the elongation of the rotary cylinder and the tail mold will drive the product to demould smoothly.

Fourth, design mold release

For some special-shaped products, we usually design three types of spinning molds for demoulding.
